Hello all.Today, I would like to introduce you to my family members. My family consists of 8 people. My father's name is Supandi bin Adam and my mother's name is Umi Sangadah bin Khayan. I have one elder sister, Nur Syamimi and one elder brother, Muhamad Aizat. Besides, I have two younger brothers, Muhamad Asraf and Mohamad Afif. Lastly, I have one youngest sister named Nur Sarah Iman. That makes me so lucky to be in the middle of 6 siblings.
My father is a teacher and my mother is a housewife. My elder sister just finished her study in Japan. My brother is studying in UITM Shah Alam doing Civil Engineering Course. My brother Asraf is just finishing his SPM at SM Sains Tengku Abdullah,Raub and Afif is now in Form 3 at SMKA Kuala Selangor. Meanwhile,Sarah is in standard 3 at SKBB Kuala Selangor.
Now that everyone in my family are busy with schools, I hope this year we will have a family trip to anywhere.And although we always quarreling with each other, but we know that we love each other so much.
My Family has always been a very important part in my life and always be. I love my family so much!!

Love Your life,...
Life is short, and we all need to step back and realize how great it really can be. This guide will hopefully help you to love your life and everything about it. It is because i want to love my life too.. So, let together bring new hope in our life.
Think of life in the best way possible, look at the glass as half full, and find the better side of every situation. You would be amazed at how much more there is to life than the negative.
Live every moment to the fullest. Don't waste a single second being sad, bored, or lonely. Get out there and dance, and sing as if no one was around. You never know how much longer you have to do so.
Be selfless. Give more than you receive, and share with others. Do less for yourself, and more for the people around you. Also when you do the right thing you get a fantastic feeling inside.
Laugh often. This is possibly the most important point in this how-to guide. Laughter is the number one most important thing in life. Laugh much, and smile often.
Live in the present. Forget about the past, as there is nothing you can do about it. Don't worry about the future, as what is to come is to come, and if you forget to live in the moment, you would be surprised at how quickly time can slip
Be yourself. Give up to your own standards, not anyone else's. Who cares what others think about you? Who cares if you can't sing, can't dance, or if your clothes don't match. Do what you want to do, and be who you want to be.
Be kind to everyone. Kindness is the key to unlocking your own happiness and joy. If others notice your kindness, they will gratefully return it. Make as many close friends as you can, and help them when they are down, as you never know when you will need them to catch you.
Stand there. At times just standing somewhere peaceful and quiet and thinking about what you have achieved, are about to achieve, or even want to achieve; It will hit you... a feeling of the utmost respect for life.
Do what you enjoy. If you have always wanted to feel like improving on something you already do, go for it! Don't let anyone stop you from doing what you love, and if you feel comfortable doing it then don't hold back. If you do, you're going to regret it.
Encourage others to love life. If you have followed the above steps above you are on your way to living a better life, now start to encourage others around you to also love life and spread your message.
Find a Partner. Find someone to love can be very hard however just be patient and maybe that special person will come along.

- Don't let others put you down. When someone else feels the need to say something negative to you, its their problem not yours, just keep on living.
- Don't dwell on self-pity.
- The only one who is going to take care of you is you.
- Don't get big headed, just have fun.
- Love like you have never been hurt.
Change to be better!!!
Are you bored with your life? So I am.. I think,i did much mistake in my life..so, change your life....Do you want to start fresh and be the new you that you can be? Do you want to put all the bad things that have happened behind, and start fresh? If you want to change for the better, keep on reading. If you want to change for worse, talk to someone you trust such as your parents, a close friend or a guidance counselor.
Change your habit. Your life is what it is because of an accumulation of habits that you might not be aware of. Make note of those habits and break them.
Change your location. Moving into a different environment and community can have a dramatic impact on who you are. If you remain flexible and open-minded, you'll learn and grow, and you'll be a different person.
Change your look.. Seeing yourself in the mirror with a new look can make you feel like a new person. Brave and confident with new look. Don't shy. You look more better..
Change your expression. Studies have shown that changing the expression on your face can trigger chemical reactions in your body that reflect your intended emotion. Study new thing. Ask other person if you do not know about something.
Health. If you are not happy with the way you're eating, change your diet! Eat out of all of the food groups. Mostly vegetable and fruits. Do not starve yourself. Don't force yourself to eat only vegetable or fruits. It might make you not want to eat vegetable or fruit even more. Quietly and calmly, start eating your food. If you do not like the taste of it, think of something to give it a little extra zap. (Example: If you are eating celery and want to give it an extra zap, put cheese on it and put it into the oven for a few minutes. Or make Ant on a Log. This is a recipes where you put peanut butter in the celery, and then put a couple of raisins on the peanut butter so it looks like ants on a log!Fitness. If you do not exercise often, try exercising 20 minutes a day. Print out this scheduling. Exercising does not always mean doing push-ups, running laps and doing sit-ups. Exercising could be fun! dance! Everyone loves to dance! Put on your favourite tunes! Make it upbeat. Close the door so you can goof off all you want without having everyone stare. Get into your exercise clothes and start dancing! Pretend you are on a stage and performing your dance!
Conversation. If you are not the best at conversations, just don't worry. If you worry, it will only make things worse! Think about this. What is the difference between internet and real life. It's probably because if in the real world, you have a reputation, or you are labeled in a certain way. That is usually how it is like in schools. First thing to do is to try to let people know that you are not shy, and like to talk to people. Practice on the internet, and then slowly bring it to the real world. Start at home, then move your way on to school or work.
Friends. If you have friends that don't treat you well, you should change things around. Sit them down quietly, and tell them that you are upset. If they don't change, try making new friends and hanging out with other people instead. True friends like you for who you are. But, don't forget your friends..
Try talking to people through instant messaging programs too. It's good practice for talking to people. On the computer, you have more time to think, but in real life, you usually have to say things right away.

ALWAYS FRIENDS

The bond between friends can be as, or stronger than with family member. So it was with Sunshine who was my best friend.
Friendship isn't always easily described. The Eskimos, they say, have a hundred different words for snow. Unfortunately, the English language isn't quite as innovative, though it has vast opportunities to differentiate meaning. Certainly, Love is one of those opportunities. And so, too, is Friendship.
Instead of different words, however, we're stuck with simple adjectives. Close friend. Best friend. Childhood friend. Intimate friend. Trusted friend. Beloved friend. But whether you use adjectives or different words, few could deny the nearly infinite meaning in such a simple word.
Friends are special people. We can't pick our family, and we're sorely limited in the number of them at any rate. Society and mores (and often our own conscience) dictate we select a single mate. But our friends can be as diverse and infinite as the adjectives we choose. Our friends, in a very real sense, reflect the choices we make in life.
